The Study Programs towards M.Sc degree in Chemistry, Physics or Applied Physics with specialization in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology are continued by the Hebrew University for the academic year 2012/13.

Virtual Tour of UNF: Lithography Room ; Glove Box Room

NEW - MAGELLAN 400 L - a new ULTRA HIGH RESOLUTION SEM arrived the center and is already operational.

Plasma Reactive Ion Etching (RIE) and Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition (PECVD) systems were installed and are available for usage.

Glove Box with evaporator, spinner, oven, freezer and probe station for thin layers deposition in the controlled atmosphere are also availble for usage.

VST Evaporator, VEECO profiler, optical microscope and other tools are already available in the UNF.
